. Can anyone steer me in the right direction or can help fix the problem? I will pay for the help! Need this done ASAP because my car has been repainted and I'd like to get these headlights installed! Thanks in advanced Mike |

Put headlight in oven. Wait for plastic to get soft. Pry tabs remove lense. repair said shroud.
Reheat assy/lense. Reassemble. Test. Beer. Beer. Beer. Repeat on other headlight for added insurance. Beer. Beer. Beer.

Did it all with a heat gun! And I gotta tell ya it was pretty damn easy... I would recommend a 2nd set of hands, so my bro helped me and it was a complete success!

This must be a retrofit source kit.
The shrouds need to CLICK into place. A fellow member had this same issue happen. Yes, you need H1 bulbs. Just cut the stock plastic plug off of the cars harness and hardwire the HIDs in.
