Fog Light Lense Removal?

Hey all! Is it possible to pry off the lense from the housing using a flathead? I've read that it's possible and I've also heard that it's not possible. Any idea? I'm asking because I just want to clean the inside of my lense instead of replacing the entire fog light unit. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Being that it's sealed, prying without some how compromising the seal is just going to leave you with cracked lenses.

Put it in the oven for 5 minutes at 250 degrees, if it doesn't come off by hand then put it in longer
