MOM 2009 - Potluck Lunch Sign-Up Thread

As you all know the Meeting of Mazda's 2009 is fast approaching on Sunday, August 16th at Bruce's Mill Conseration Area in Stoufville. We will be hosting the event at the Sunny Acre's Picnic Site at the park.

Since this event is Potluck, we would like to create a sign-up thread so that we have a relatively good distribution of eats at the event. Everyone who has signed up for the event is asked to contribute for the Potluck lunch.

Please copy and paste the sign-up list below so that the thread will be easily read. If you're bringing a guest, please bring a double portion of whatever it is you're signing up for.

Here is a list of suggestions on what you can bring to the event. Please keep in mind that TOP will be supplying Water Bottles for the event! We will also have a large BBQ for preparing food!

Are you essentially bringing your own food?

^ It's a potluck, the idea is you're bring food for others to share. Since I'm bringing a main course, the idea is that I will share the extra hot dogs and burgers I bring, and partake in others chips, cookies, pop, etc.

So I'd be bringing a pack of 12 hot dogs and 12 hamburgers or whatever, you get the idea.

if i can finish the car in time i will bring 2 cases of coke, couple cases of sprite or 7up, case of root beer, and i dunno what else at this point.

^Yeah I get what you're saying, I just wanted to be clear. You don't have to bring a huge pack of like 50 of whatever, but also don't bring a pack of 4 so that it's gone after 2 servings or whatever. Keep it in the middle right, so that you can have some and maybe half or more is left over for the rest.
