Hey all,
like the form, just joined got a 03 mazda 5 a few days ago and as you can see it came with ugly steelies. I want to get some summertires/rims so I decided to ask for some protege club help. I'm looking to spend 500$ on rims TOPS. I know thats kinda budget but it is what it is. Can any of you recommend some sites to look at or places in the GTA to inquire? Size isn't a issue but id rather stay at 16 for now due to the cheaper rubbers. Thanks in advance to whoever replies

For your budget, i'd suggest Kijiji.
Especially if your budget is inclusive of tires.

Yeah you can usually get a decent set of OEM 16-17" Mazda wheels at that price with used rubber.
Is that budget for rims only? or combo?

go with 15's and chunky rubber.
Use the left over cash to lower the car.

thanks for the reply's, was feeling like nobody would haha... umm I am game to put 500 on the rims and then maybe get some crappy all seasons for now. I'm really thinking about getting used black chrome as the OEM alloys are just too plane i feel

you've got your thinking all wrong. don't skimp out on tires. They are the only thing in contact with the road. No point in having bling wheels when your car is parked under the guy infront of you. I'd say.. 3-700ish to lower depending on what you're looking for. there's lots of options. keep your eye out, cash in hand, and low ballin ready. this is a min worth of searches. http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ366105881 http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ365989483 http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ366014082 http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ365974994 http://ontario.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehi...AdIdZ365864876 |
