Links area

This is just a thought ,Would it be possible for somone to set up a Quick Links section .You could use the same catigories as on the message board .It wouldnt be an area that anyone could post in ,if someone found a link it would be sent to the person that set up the page ,then they would enter it in the correct section . Thoughts ,ideas
