I was screwing with my car today, trying to figure out the source of some noise. On occasion when I push in the clutch, I hear a noise kinda like a click. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it really annoying. I checked from the clutch master cylinder followed the line, and went right to the slave cylinder, I checked the push rod to see if it perhaps was adjustable in some way, but no go. Next thing I checked was the release lever and it has some up and down play to it, (up and down play from my vantage point which was looking at it from the top) is that normal?? Its been doing this for a few weeks, and I can't figure out what else besides that it could be, besides maybe my throw out bearing.
