Ya Mark is the older guy who is the service manager (not that old just older than Mike - Incase he reads this LOL)...Mike has just grown the beard.

Mike is a great guy, did the re-build on my tranny and got it done in time for Darknights. I only let him and Steve touch my car when I bring it in.
