I would definately do the rice thing. I don't care much for additional speed. I like the idea of a ghetto cruiser going slow in traffic as the honeys and every pimp, player, hustler and baller watches me.

The typical body kit to make my car look like a TRANSFORMER, deep dish gold spokey rims with a huge as offset, etc.

I would say go performance. But in the handling department.

I think you need to dish out way more than 5G to do a reliable turbo setup. I would want the thing to last at least 100,000km.

turbo would be very nice, but for $5G's, it's not saying much........so i would probably dump the 5G's in handling performance, new shocks, struts, springs, sway bars, anti-roll, etc.........

Definite race, but I'd put in a supercharger, programmable chip, and a very nasty suspension (rally and adjustable from inside the vehicle).
