Pre-Meet for VIBRANT TOUR

[Scooter]

So we're all supposed to be at the Westside pre-meet by 1:30pm. I figure we should try to meet up by 12 noon. That'll give us enough time to wait for a couple of stragglers,...and get to the Westside. Traffic is usually a bitch to get over there ('cause Westsiders can't drive and cause unnecessary traffic and accidents), so we should leave nice and early to compensate for their inabilities.

Details:
When: SATURDAY November 15th, 2003 - 12 NOON
Where: Scarborough Town Center - Jack Astor's parking lot (401 & McCowan rd - Jack Astor's is at the North/East corner of the mall,...you'll see it from the highway)
What: Pre-meet for the Vibrant Tour
Who: Eastside and any Farmside people if they don't do their own pre-meet.

Post here if you plan on coming so we have an idea of who to expect and if we need to keep our eyes open for anyone.

We will leave at 12:30 SHARP, so be sure to get there earlier so we can all discuss the route and set up any driving sequence.

If you have FRS radios, bring them with you. Channel to be determined at the meet.

Are you trying to find Vibrant, or the Scarborough Town Center?

I'm guessing you're looking for Vibrant,...in which case, I'm not too sure. You might want to check with KDawg. If you're looking for the Town Center, I just posted a link to a map now.

Hey man,..you're more than welcome to come to the pre-meet. Not sure which end of the city you're coming from, but this one is in the Eastend, and then there's another one that's happening in the Westend. All of us that meet in the East will cruise together to the Westend meet as Vibrant is out that way, and then we'll all head to Vibrant together.

Personally I ahve to say that the cruising part is always fun. It just feels good to cruise in formation with a bunch of other Proteges and see the looks from the cars around us. I've already posted that I'll be there. I didn't come last year because it was just a couple of months after I had joined and I was all shy and shit,...now,..not so much (as I'm sure you've all noticed http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif).

My morning plans have fallen through, so I don't have to get up early anymore.
