Hey Edwin;

We actually met up in Scarborough the past two times, but you probably weren't around then.

Anyway,....I'd love to meet in Scarborough again ('cause it's nice and close to me),...but there's Eastsiders from Pickering / Oshawa too,...so we have to cater to everyone. This time it's their turn.

Besides,....Pickering and Oshawa aren't far from Scarborough,..10 - 25 minutes on the 401 depending on how fast you drive.

Ya man, there's usually a line on busy nights... Not too long of a line though... Sometimes it's like a 5-10min. wait... and other times where it'll be 10-20min. and other times there just won't be a line at all...

But again, don't quote me on that... It should be lots of fun though... I know some guys that work there, so if we formally introduce ourselves (TOPROTEGE.COM), I might be able to score us a free table (depending on how busy they are). But we'll see...

Yeah,...we'll be at Le Sketch at about 9. I'm still going to Lone Star to eat first, but that should work out okay for time.

I haven't seen the parking lot there before so I'm not sure how it's laid out,....but try to park in a corner somewhere,..far enough away from other cars so we can all park in the same area. Should make things a little easier that way.

Scooter: Sorry for the 2 phone calls and msgs, It's minutes to 4am, and I just got in the door, and now saw the post about Le Skratch, and the cancellation. Sorry if my calls bothered you.

It's all good, cause I got to Le Skratch with my boyfriend and 2 of his friends, found 2 P5's to park near - no stickers, so I figured it wasn't club people, and we decided to drink in the parking lot for a bit.. (Well, actually our friend really wanted to drink, the rest of us could care less, cause we were going to drink inside regardless) I had like 1/2 a cooler, my boyfriend had a cooler, and his friends had a beer each. Turns out Le Skratch saw us drinking (they walked to the back of the lot to see for sure), and when we went to go inside, we were DENIED ACCESS. That's right.. that is the first time I have ever been denied access to a club. I'm not sure why.. I guess it's just policy, cause my boyfriends boyz were going to buy more drinks inside anyhow... I might have had a rum and coke... but oh well. It all worked out, cause then we ended up heading back to Pickering, and stopped off at The Fox and the Fiddle, since one of our friends said he'd be there, and we ended up having a good time there. Mind you, if we never went tonight, I don't know that I ever would have given that place a chance. I've seen it so many times, and pass it by figuring I'd never see the inside. So, all in all, we had a good time, found a new place to chill on occassion thats closer to home..

Rochelle - No worries about the calls,.....as mentioned, my phone crapped out on me and I didn't even hear them. But even if I did, it wouldn't have been a bother,..that's why I gave you the number.

It's too bad the plan didn't go through,....but we'll have more meets soon enough. Maybe the weekend itsn't the best of ideas after all. Only reason I had done a Friday was because last time we met on a Tuesday and everyone bailed so early. I posted before this asking what nights would be best and it seemed like there was enough people that would make it.
