I was thinking about using the stock rubber pipe from the throttle body to the MAF sensor...then mount the Ractive piping after the MAF assembly and have it bend downwards. Since the stock pipe comes out at an angle (towards the battery) it should be easy to mount the MAF on the post in front of the battery with a bracket. And it should make the filter further away from the radiator. What do you guys think?
