Firstly, I would make sure that is cost him his job with proof that something was going to be placed in his permanent record so he would never touch another car anywhere. Then I would sue the dealership in addition to getting a new car from them.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I wouldn't want the car back after it was abused so early in it's life.
