What's up all?

I just came back from the Vibrant Power/Performance offices down on Courtney Park, in Mississauga.  I was having problems with the fitment of my axel back exhaust that I purchased recently.  Needless to say, there is no more problem.  During the past weeks, I had been in contact with the company, via e-mails, explaining my situation.  The responses to my inquiries would take mere hours!  This alone impressed me.  Nevertheless, I set up an appointment and brought my car in.  The problem was fixed swiftly and painlessly.  They were, however, prepared to replace my existing system with a brand new one if the problem could not be fixed.  Now I know this is how it normally works with most companies, but the manner in which they handled it was excellent to say the least.  I would recommend Vibrant products to anyone considering an aftermarket exhaust, or any other performance product for that matter.  Check out their website.  They have an online product catelog.  I'm not sure if the 2003 catelog is out yet.

FYI: Vibrant should be coming out with their streetflow intake for us protege owners soon.  Talking with David Hord (customer service rep), he mentioned that the final prototype was given the O.K. and that they should begin production of them soon.  They will even have eurathane exhaust mounts for us protege owners as well.

Two thumbs up to Vibrant!

Alright!!
I first bumped into Dave or John Hord and one of the Rossi's at a trade show and they were helpful. I like how the family tradition of Dad to son passes down in a company. They are hungry for business, professional and friendly.

I told them about our club and my interest in getting some of their stuff when it comes out. In the near future or spring I can smell a group buy or probably a 2 man group buy if that's what it is.

My black oval euro muffler is adequate and I am happy with my purchase. I like how they have extensions and adaptors to further build on ones short ram intake and make it longer inton a CAI. http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif
