Hey everyone,

Some of my friends off the MPSport board are visiting Toronto from sat - wed. and i'm planning to take them out clubbing on Saturday night when they get here...I've invited the Sweetie Girl Racing Club to come out as well. We're not sure what club we're gonna hit yet, I'll post that up later...but anyone here interested in coming out?

Damn guys.
Trust me! When Sushi comes in to the place she is gonna be bringing down the house. I will not be able to attend but I encourage the others.

Hey there Linda! If there is a pre-meet to EAT FOOD, I would like to attend if possible.

Linda,

May I suggest the 'Honest Lawyer' in Richmond Hill (Hwy 7 and Leslie). I hear it's a rocking place and there are a lot of 'girls' there too for you to look at.

BTW, I'll be there on Saturday too!!!

I am starting to like the Honest Lawyer..I've been there a couple of times..though if you're looking for a place to dance, there isn't much dancing here...but plenty of men..LOL

The honest Lawyer is pretty good. Nothing like a yard of beer or that great beerzooka, and that damn V shaped pool table.

LOL...well I'm still not sure where to take everyone on Saturdays...I was thinking somewhere downtown though...but maybe we can go to the "lawyer" place...lol...I've never been before...

Any other suggestions for clubs?

Well me and Julia are always up for a party, Julia is hosting a party at Seven lounge on Richmond so most likely we will be there if you want to come by and party with us.

Yes that's correct..Im the Pres of the Italian Club at Rye High and we're having a party there. Cover is $15, a little steep, but its a great location and crowd. Not too young not too old. A bit of a posh looking place with the white leather couches and co-ed bathrooms. Everyone is welcome to attend. Lots of fine male and female booty (so I hear)

Alternative Rocker,.....Guv' on a Saturday night???

You sure about that?

Isn't Mark Oliver still the resident there?

He doesn't go anywhere without his entourage of gino followers.

But as for the "school girl who's never been drunk before",.... http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Ya Mark Oliver is still resident on Saturdays.
I was there last month for a Heineken event and it got busy by midnight .. full house even on the weekend of WEMF so I guess it's a different crowd. Seemed to be about half topless ginos and half passed-out asians. hehe

Yup,..that sounds mighty familiar.

I was never a big fan of that place for that very reason. Although I did still go every now and then, and usually managed to make the best of it and have a good time despite the lack of respect and decency of the crowd.

I was always partial to System though.

I'm not surprised that it was still packed with WEMF going on. As you said,....totally different crowd. The typical Guv' crowd wouldn't be able to pull themselves away from the gym long enough to party for 3 days straight http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Except for the fact that he doesn't really spin,..all he does is voiceovers apparently. (not sure if that's true for live appearances,...but I know it's true for his crappy Pirate-Radio cds).

I think your typo describes him better than what you actually meant.

"Dudue" indeed, but "Dude",...not so much.

He used to be on Edge 102,...back in the day when it was CFNY. Friday Nights with Chris Sheppard.

Sounds kind of cocky for him to say he introduced Toronto to Dance.

Maybe he was one of many that helped introduce Toronto. But it sounde like he's got a big head.

If I have to give anyone credit for introducing Toronto to Electronic music,..it'd be Matt C and the crew at Industry. That's just my opinion though.
