Hey all,
Just thought I'd drop a quick note, letting you all know that I'm going to be moving to the west coast area, due to a new job I got at a studio out there. More money , more responsibility, more fun, longer shittier hours.
But hey, it's all in my grand plan. Hopefully it will bring me back Toronto way in a couple of years, since I'm SO a Toronto girl.
I'll probably still drop in here on occasion to say hey to you all, but I guess most of the meets will be in the Toronto area, so I doubt I'll be able to make the commute.
Sorry Davy, you're little fantasy with me and KeeWee is going to have to stay a fantasy. (At least until I get back to toronto http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
Anyways, just wanted to thank you all for making me feel welcome, and helping me with problems and increasing my car IQ. Maybe some of you that hang out on the Vancouver board might se me on there, but I dunno... since I've been here, I think the Vancouver board won't come close.
But alas, I go. Talk at you all later.

Gonna suck not seeing you tearing around the hood here. Of course, if you ever need a place to crash when you come and visit (and you had better visit) just give me a call. Hope the new job agrees with you, and uh, can I have your old job??
Give me a call before you leave, I'll buy you a BEvERage or 4. Get you drunk. Take advantage.
Wait, I'm sounding like someone else here...

"As we go on
we remember,
all the times we,
had together
and as our lives change
from whatever
we will still be
friends forever...."
Please tell me one last thing hunny. Did it hurt? You know... when you fell from heaven?.....
Angel you would have been the only jewel in this club that I actually wanted to meet in person! To leave me without even sharing a milkshake or a Popsicle Pete? I wish I had met you but I'm kinda glad we didn't meet - you how it goes - I really don't need to be going around getting more bitches pregnant.
Angel please visit the board when you get the chance!

Is too bad we never met, but I wish you luck on your new path and career. Vancouver is a great city (next to Toronto) and you'll have fun there. The only problem is that it rains too often. Be sure to stay on this board with us. http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif

Angel - Good luck with your new job in the west coast!
Are you going to Vancouver? Or other cities in the west coast area? I spent quite some time there (Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton) and the lifestyle is quite different from TO.
Personally, I think Vancouver has a lot going for people who like cars - curvy, hilly streets are fun to drive on, and racing tires are good for at least 11 months a year! Envy ... http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif
Anyway, hope you enjoy the move!

thanks for all the good wishes.
Lizard - I work in the music industry - studio recording rat.
Orange - I haven't really secured my own residence yet, probably going to be outside Van - but the studio is in Van. Gonna stay with a friend of mine for a bit, get some cash, and get used to the city.
As far as the rainy weather - it's my favourite type of weather, although it does limit the amount of white I can wear out (not that I own any white clothes)
It sucks that I never made it to a meet, but maybe when I'm back visiting there will be something I can get to - cuz then I won't have to work if I'm visiting. woohoo.
But I go. I'll be stopping by in here every so often, at least ot figure out what things I can do to my baby (car) if not where I can get the stuff done.
Thanks for everything.
