"panel computer"?

I have seen in lots of cars computers ( in Europe it is starting to be absolutely normal as everybody want to save on gas ) which measured immediate consumption, total per trip consumprion, average cons., etc.
Is it possible to buy and install something like that to mine MP3 Lx`99. If you know something like that, pls where and how much - installed.

Well I know of the HKS CAMP system, which is something I want to get.
It will measure injector duty cycle, what you're consuming, etc. You can add on to it to get gauges as well.
Pretty cool system, expensive, and requires a screen.
