No side markers

You know those amber side markers on the side of your car.......do you have to have them on or not? is it legal or illegal if you shave the amber lights??

No I didn't expect you to read the whole thing. Just look under section 4 Equipment, subsection 62 Lamps. It describes lots of stuff like headlights taillights and &quot;side markers&quot; .

Ok If I understand this section correctly it says is you're &quot;motor vehicle&quot; is longer than 6.1m (20feet) you must have two illuminated side markers on each side. One at the front and one at the back. The one at the front must be amber or green while the one at the back must be red.
Or you can have two reflectors instead of the sidemarkers if the reflectors are approved by the ministry.
