I've been toying with the idea of getting a remote starter with the winter coming up, but i have a couple questions. first off, how does it work with a manual, since the clutch has to be depressed when turning on the car? second, since i'd like to think there is a solution for the first question, can anyone recommend a good price/product?

There is a clutch by pass for standard cars, when you are turning the car off, it has to be in neutral with the parking break up before the key is taken out for the remote start to work.

Stick to something on the beaten trail. DEI is the parent company that makes Viper, Compustar, Clifford.
So really its all the same shit your buying just a different case.
