I want to go for high flow CAT for my exhaust set-up, not interested in going cat-less. however my search was stop when there is two different hi-flow cat. the main question is what is the difference between the metallic core hi-flow cat vs ceramic core hi-flow cat. My current Catalytic converter is rattling due to the loose honeycomb. thanks in advance!

Basically eco- wise go ceramic, performance-wise go metallic? Hmmm I see thank you!

Yes, but remember that your exhaust emissions will go up (i.e. increased chance of failing e-test).
