to me it looks like a civic or accord coupe.

That is a 93-95 civic si (He still has the stock side mirrors - can tell by the shape). Obviously shaved the tail lights and side mouldings, dumped and kitted. The tail lights look like a unique mod. They look like the Ford F-150 tail lights to me.

Just my guess but I do know that it's not a 97 civic body.

Dave's right, it looks like a civic coupe, with F-150 Flairside taillights.

It's definetely a 5th gen (1992-1995) Si Coupe (if it's Canadian, EX if it's U.S.) those F150 tails are fugly!
