Ok, first of all, I'd like to thank Rowan for fixing the problem I had with the message board. For the past two days, I've been unable to post. Anyone's guess is as good as mine, but it's not because I was discouraged or rattled about anything anyone else said. Thanks Rowan..you da man.

Secondly, I'd like to apologize to to Adam and Kurt. First of all, Adam, I really didn't realize that it was your girl in your pic. She's very attractive, and I ignorantly assumed that she was some model at an event, that you took a picture with. It seems most guys in this club are dating hot chicks, so that's my bad. And for real, when I say hoochie(yes, maybe it is a Hamilton thing), I truely mean it in the best of intentions. Kurt, I'm sorry that I've come off as some ass, who thinks anyone who doesn't race their car, or put their money where their Protege is, is some kind of loser. I really do think Proteges are drivers' cars, but I'm not one to judge anyone else for how they enjoy their own car. I may have seemed that I was talking guff about how my might be better in one way or another than your car, but I was just trying to make light-hearted comments for fun. And as I've been informed, I guess people should know me better, before I do such things. For real dude, I'd trade 10 93 GTs for your car. It's an amazing piece of machinary, and it looks amazing to boot. Once again, I'm sorry that I've come across as an asshole, but that really wasn't my intention. I'm a car enthousiast, who just found something he connected with, and jumped in head first, not realizing to the full extent, that he might be offending people along the way.

Thirdly, I'd like to say thanks to Rowan, Simon and Mike. You guys have really welcomed me with open arms, and made me feel great about this club, and the cars we all drive. During the first week I might have had too many opinions, and maybe judged where I shouldn't have. I'm not going to sit here and blame anyone but myself for any hatred anyone might have for me. But I'm really not a bad guy, and I hope you all give me a chance to prove that to you. Thanks again everyone, because this is really a special thing you've all got going on here...I hope everyone sees that too...

Josh

ps. I'll let you all know how I do at Cayuga on Friday night, and I can't wait to see you all on Saturday for the slalom event!

Ok, so maybe it's a thing within my 'posse'. Kinda like how 'sick', 'bad', 'the shit', 'lethal'..etc, which were all derogatory at one point in time, have become possitive adjectives....does that make anyone understand me any better?

somehow.......i think that you're going to run into a lot of problems in life with your "posse" lingo........but no worries......you just better be a brother........hahahaha.......cause all that stuff is wack yo!

just be careful how you use your "advanced" language around us non-intellectual individuals as society has not taught us your ways and so a brief panic may occur in which we tend to lose control of what we do........ http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif

My inter-personal linguistical ability, doesn't always embody the liberal application of lower-class, Hamilton vernacular. I'm quite capable of partaking in perspicacious conversation, and I'm also well informed of the social protocol governing ettiquette. Any jargon or slander I use, is strictly for the purpose of rhetorical, content based conversation, not felicitous, formal and pretentious communication.

Jesse, I did want to come out on Wed, but Mike told me that me might not even be going, and I was kinda apprehensive about before hand...so...oh well. I'm taking it to the drapstrip tonight(leaving in a half hour), so I'll see what my times are like. I'm kinda thinkin I won't do so good. Those 17s I put on, have slowed me down, and I can feel it. It feels like my car gained 300 lbs. I don't know if you know the physics or not, but the taller and heavier(my 14" alloys were super light), with more rotational mass, are harder to get spinning than short, light wheels. At Battle of the Imports on Oct 6, I'm going to bring my 14s too, and if my times aren't good, I'm going to switch. I'll be happy if I can get below 17s tonight, but we'll see.
