I got my new rims and tires installed on Saturday and i love them. 17" Avanti T107 with Kuhmo 712 205/40 tires. To let everyone know the offset is only +42mm and everything is fine, and i have H&R springs. Thanks to tireworks for being so helpful, i highly reccomend them to everyone here, they did a great job. I also got to meet Eds Mp5 and rowan, nice to meet u guys.

Hey, im glad everything turned out allright. Your car looked "top bollocks"! Im surprised that there is no rubbing though! i stuck on the Oz racing with a 45 offset and they were rubbing, but that was with 215 tires. so hopefully with 205s it should work. Im still debating the OZ or the 5zigen.

OZ Wheels are at The Wheel Joint/Tireworks (they share the same shop). Hands off the Crono Evolutions though, they are mine http://toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
If you want dark wheels they have the Superleggaras and the F1-Cups .. there is also supposed to be a more medium-gray colour of the F1-Cup Evos but I have only seen it on the OZ website.
Murda yeah those wheels look really pimpin man. Nice to meet you. I think the guy (Parml ?) was kinda surpised to see 3 p5's all at once.
I'm just hating the gov't right now because of taxes and debating how smart it is to rearrange some funds to cover wheels vs. other more practical upgrades to the car. (Although who ever said sticky tires and looking good wasn't practical? http://toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
Cheers.

The rims i bought are pretty much identical to the OZ Superleggaras but the finish on them is a hyper silver so they have a nice shine to them and a slight tinted appearence.

We will have to see the ones Rowan want's are wicked... i wonder if they come in black or gunmetal!!

How dark were they Ed. The darker the better. Any idea on $$$. They do look really sweet. What's the offset on those?

They were pretty dark... they would look good on your car cause it's black... they were 420 a wheel. Kinda expensive. So depending on tiers you were looking at like 2800. The is why i was a little skeptical.
But still pretty fly rims.

The F1 Cups are much darker than the Superleggera.
The Superleggera is like maybe a 50% gray and doesn't look out of place on a silver car where as the F1-cup is more of a 20-30% gray.

Went out there today and those OZ wheels look great. $2000 + tires though. My wallet just wouldn't come out of my pocket. Gotta do some more shopping or more working.

The guys at Wheel & Tire Zone can make me forged wheels that weigh 9-12 lbs for $700 per wheel?
I'm going to get my tires from them though regardless as they are sponsors for Solo II and all that good stuff.
