A little update.

Installed a few parts last week on the Black MSP:

- 03.5 Lip
- G3 Brackets with H3 HID 5000K Fogs
- Projector headlights
- Hella Supertones

Now I'm attempting to adapt the RX8 steering wheel so I can have audio controls to the car.

It is, I also finally made it run with the JDM ECU.

Well, looks like I have a little more work to do. Got in a fender bender the other day. A couple of cars decided they were gonna rubber neck and the car in front of me locked the brakes. I didn't have enough room to stop fully so here is the result:

How much heavier is that transplant over stock, does it just bolt right to the same transmission? It does look factory.

How do these types of installs pass emission required provinces, because would it not have to be OBD2 to pass if done in Ontario, this is the a great swap. Man you have a lot of Proteges and they all nice.

do emissions even check for OBDII? I thought they just put it on the rollers and put in the probe.

I would think testing would be different, because the original OBD1 does not have all the scanning features of OBD2. I'm just wondering is all.
