TOP becomes a little more Canadian:
TOProtege.ca / TOPclub.ca
NEW .ca domain / MORE friendly with our non-Protege members
We've taken a couple of steps in the past year towards becoming a little bit more Canadian:
The first step is that we're officially using the TOProtege.ca URL for all current and future TOP gear (stickers, t-shirts, member cards, etc.)
This was done in an effort to ensure that as the Club expands, we keep our Canadian roots well known.
The second step is the launch of TOPclub.ca!
TOProtege was brought together by this specific vehicle and many friendships and bonds have been forged through it. As any current or past member can tell you, there is definitely something special about TOP. The quality and camaraderie of this Club's members has been an example for many other clubs in the Greater Toronto Area as well as across Canada and even around the world.
Despite the Protege not being sold for seven years, TOP keeps going strong and growing. Many members have moved on from the Protege to other vehicles but are still active in the TOP community.
For those, we wish to welcome them to TOPclub.ca - we hope you remain part of the Club, rock the decals on your vehicle no matter what the model or brand. We've created a General Automotive forum (http://www.toprotege.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=88) for you and have all the same gear (t-shirts, decals, membership cards, etc.) available.
We maintain the roots of TOP and realize it is linked to the Protege but we are growing into the future as one of the TOP enthusiast clubs in Canada.
We have just received our first round of decals! Post will be up soon! T-shirts to follow!
Additionally, we encourage anyone who has ever had any help with the forum to become a Donating Member (http://www.toprotege.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54713).
If you've been to any meets last year, pick up a 2010 TOP Calendar! It's filled to the brim with professional candid shots in a layout that is sure to put your current calendar to shame!
If you have any questions, feel free to PM myself or any Officer.
Best Regards,
Mike M.
