View Full Version : Painting "RACING HART" letters...

I'm thinking of painting the "RACING HART" on my rims...maybe blue. Wut do people think? I guess I would have to use the same stuff that people paint their calipers with?!

easier to make stickers to put on one of the spokes or something.

aren't the letters on the rims too small to make out?

also .. you'll have a bitch of a time getting the paint to stick without sanding down the paint and clearcoat. then you'll have to re-paint and re-coat it.

I think painting them black wouldn't look rice at all and would actually look kind of cool - especially if your mazda logo in the centre already has a black background.

The paint wouldn't last...and once it chipped even a bit, it'd look really cheap. Don't make the MSP look cheap. http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif

Ohh ... yeah I forgot that the Mazdsapeed wheels had RacingHart on the spokes already. I was thinking of my MP3 wheels that have it in tiny letters around the rim. duh.

I don't mind it but I still think it would be a huge pain in the ass to paint it properly to last. Although you could put a sticker (vinyl or otherwise) over top of it and cut around the letters.
