so i got a HID kit and i got to installing it...
its not my first kit ive installed.. ive done like 4-5 other cars never the P5
i was able to take out the stock bulbs after many many cuts and bruises to my hand! i put in the HIDs with Relay... and i got serious flickering! figured it was cause of the DRLs so i took them back off.. tried without the relay and they work on high beams but flicker if i turn the switch off.. ok so i decided put back the stocks untill i do the DRL always on mod...
now i put everything back but my driver side bulb is dim... and slow to turn on.. when i hit the highbeams it turns off and the highbeam bulb doesnt turn on either... the passenger side works fine, low and high.

could i have fried something? help!

no ive never done a relay but it was pretty straight forward... ground, battery, blub, bulb ...

i dont want the drls anyways... i just want to be sure i didnt fry anything electrical from the inside!

any other ideas?

oh! and another thing when i hit the highbeams now the pass side works but i dont see the little blue highbeam light on the dash anymore!

but i didnt snip anything...
i just plugged it in and it didnt play as it was supposed to...
then when i reversed the changes the driver side is acting up!
passenger side is fine and i did all the same things to that side!

thank you AZI i found that post earlier today and was really facepalming for not searching more prior...

but ive found out the problem.. the mini-fuse 15A had blown in the relay/fuse box... i replaced it and ta-da it works again!

thanks guys for all your help i appreciate it.. i think ill just take the kit to a professional to install it.. $50 compared to who knows how much in electrical damages!!

AGAIN THANKS ALL!!
