So I'm looking into getting my Autoexe lip molded to my front bumper in the spring... wondering if people know of any body shops that do this type of work... and roughly how much the molding as well as painting it costs...

Thanks,
Matt

I would check out these guys, they're well liked on both TM3 and TSC.

I was thinking of doing the same thing when I got the formula import lip but I talked to ricecooker for like 10 minutes and there is no way I would mold the lip. I remember him telling me that any slight bump an he was heading back to the body shop to have the cracks fixed. You should ask him about it.

^ that's what i was thinking.. about it not lasting very long..
not too sure what lip ijay has; but it looks good without any molding.. if the bumper and lip are painted together it helps the flow

^ Nice. Did they do your collision repair as well? I've heard nothing but good things about Uni-body. I got to drop by sometime soon for a quote.

i'll advise against moulding as well. i know thats not what the thread is about but whatever you pay for now to get it painted and moulded, you will be paying a few times over the life of your car.

when i had my autoexe lip at stock height i hit it off things all the time, i can't imagine it lasting more than a week if i were lowered. and i'd rather tear just the lip off when something happens (which it did) then have the whole front end ripped off.

My issue is while installing the lip... i scratched the shit out of my bumper lol... so if i were to take it off i'd have to either replace/buy a new bumper/ paint the existing one
