Tonight a few WESTSIDERS met up for a very spontaneous g2g over some food and drinks.
Pic of food:

We also did a few ground wire kit installs for the fun of it.
Eric (Diddy) and Lee had wires installed. Sorry to Lee about the battery electrical scare. http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif
Anyway here's what a few of the installs look like from worst to best! LOL
Jean-Alain has the most insane install with wire busting from every joint:

Mike has an abundance of red so you can't tell that he added more red wire:

Although both Mike and Jean did fine jobs installing their ground wires they still have a lot to learn from the master mechanic (FYI that's ME). This is a picture of the stealth install in Eric's ride. BTW the red wire running across the top is not my handiwork but that of Eric's friend that did the kaka stereo install! LOL

Do they make a diff? Seems like our boyz didn't find any difference but the install sure was 4.4L of 5W30 fun!

FIZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ! ... this has to be one of the oldest threads brought back to life I've seen ...
MS MSP has a wiring schematic I think that tells you what lengths to cut and where to attach them for a 10 point kit.

I just did mine at the install meet yesterday, but I did 10 points. Big time PITA! If you are going to do your own kit, make sure you get ring terminals that have a 1/2" opening!! I had to drill a few of mine and it was not fun, plus the stripping and cripping of 4 gauge wire! http://ib2.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif
