Reliable mechanic in Toronto area?

Does anyone know any reliable mechanics around the Toronto area? I would like to replace my timing belt and water pump soon. I don't want to go to the dealer for it because I cannot afford it. Can anyone suggest a mechanic? And how much approx. will it cost me to replace timing belt and water pump?

I had my timing belt and water pump plus a couple extra things done by kc_mazda (http://www.toprotege.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52286) who is a Mazda tech and does work out of his garage on the weekends, it took him about 2-2.5 hours for everything.
