Just changed my shifter & Bushing today, and I love it.
Only took about 45 minutes to do both.
I love the feel of the new shifters short throws, and the bushing really helps alot too.

The only problem is that the shifter seems a little stiff when shifting.

Has anyone elses experienced this feeling?

I was thinking that I may have tightend the shifter bolt a little too much. (does anyone know if it would really make a difference if I loosend it a little? )

Just got mine installed today. Don't worry - that 'stiffness' is normal.

Change your gear oil. go to synthetic oil. It makes a world of difference. I just used syntech from Walmart.

Thanks I'll try that.

Did you change your own?
If so could you post instructions/cost?
