Wheel/tire combination for MP3 ?

Sorry if this is old news, but I could not find it with a search.

What wheel/tire combo can I go down to for winter wheels on an MP3 ? I know winter is a long way away, but I like to be prepared.

Also, does anyone know where I can buy some steel rims ?

You can go as small as 14"
Most wheel/tire shops will be able to get you some 14" steelies. Dealerships have 15" ones too.
