Ok so I ethier am crazy or having a brain fart.
Isin't there a device like a resistor, diode, etc that ony permits current to flow one way?
Whats the name of it......

I need to find a Rectifier Diode i guess.....
I want to run both my fans at the same time but I have the issue of the AC fan. It needs to run as long as the AC is on. I don't want to back feed voltage to that circuit so I will have to put a pair of diodes on the AC fan + and then on the normal rad fan +.

as far as I know it's a rectifier diode that you're looking for

Just a plain jane diode will work. Rectifying diodes are mostly used for converting AC to DC. Try to find one that has a peak Inverse voltage of 100V and that can handle the inrush current of the fan as it turns on...
