ok i noticed oil all over my engine so i washed it up and looked around seems to be comming from the oil cap.?
now is there supposed to be a o ring or something to seal the cap the the engine?
mine is just a threaded cap
if so where could i find one?

There's no seal for the oil cap. it's just a plastic threaded cap. if it's leaking, make sure the cap isn't cracked.

The entire cap with the seal is 0453-10-250A $12.91. But you can get the seal by itself.

^^^ Not really, it was basically a suggestion for him to pull the oilpan (5 Min Job) and make sure that it's not stuck to the oil intake...

5 min job if you have air tools, no rust, easy to remove exhaust, and changing your oil at the same time

otherwise, it's at least an hour
