Logan
July 3rd, 2003, 12:11 PM
I'm running out of time to organize this road rally if we want to run it soon, please see my other thread for details.
If you are seriously considering this rally, please vote and tell me when you want it to happen.
July 13th is only 10 days away.

maybe its best to do it in fall...there will be less autocrosses and more available dates.
its always fun to cruise on a cool fall day. lots of good photo ops w/ leaves too.

I miss last years Fall Classic of the Niagara Cruise Hosted by Josh. By golly that was the best meet I went to last year. Things have changed since then. I'ld be down for August too!!! http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif

OK, no idea what's up with the voting - I viewed the results first, and no vote for me.
So, I wouldn't mind seeing this event happen in the fall, but I could probably make it in August as well.

if you choose to view the results, you're saying you don't want to vote. either way, I'm sure Doug will take your opinion into consideration. http://msg.toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

While the date may have changed, I still need 10 or more people to be interested in this.
I count 8.

I am interested in the event but at this time I am not able to commit. Once the details are finalized and communicated I'll be able to say whether I am in or not.

I'm in for the fall, Doug (the other two dates conflict with me being somewhere i.e. prior commitments).

WRONG!
My intention is to have this a "rally" where cars leave checkpoints at one minute intervals, and "navigators" will be required to "navigate".
Does this present a problem for anyone??

Good point:
"speeding car"
Rally Rules state that the highest speed that an organizer can ask you to do is 95% of the posted limit.
There are still lots of ways to make this enteraining though.
Moe, if your blow up doll can read, bring "him".
