16/06/2009 - Meeting of Mazdas (56K will die a horrible horrible death)

As I am sure everybody knows, Sunday was the Meeting of Mazdas which took place in Stouffville. I am sure you read else where, it was an awesome event. Hot as hell, but the TOP officers were fully prepared for everything. From the show 'n shine, to the games, to the food, nothing was overlooked. And looking around, everybody were smiling.

This was also an opportunity for me to learn what my D60 can do. I never really have put it through its paces, and sunday was that day. I have split it up into 3 albums. Cars, People, and Westside. The Links are as follows:

My day started out at westside @ 9:30am. To my surprise, at 9:29am the far far west crew rolled in. They were on time right down to the minute! A few mins later we were joined by the Club Protege Quebec crew. From windsor to montreal, we were all at westside.

After that we left westside for the meet. I must say, the drive there was pretty smooth. The express lanes were all paved, and there were no bumps or anything. And I am pretty sure nobody got lost or dropped off from the group. On our way we passed by the mazda 5 and 6 clubs.

We had made it to the park just in time. Eastside and some mazda 3's and 6's were already there.

Shortly after lunch, the games had started up. Always a favourite is the balloon toss.
