What is the best scratch remover out there?

Have a few scratches on my car and want to know which one is the best brand out there through experience??

Also, my car is pure white so I want to know if it's ok to use scratch remover products on white cars because I heard white cars don't have clear coats on them coz the clear coat changes the white colour??

The complexity of a white car's paint I don't know. But Turtle Wax Scratch Remover & Rubbing Compound works well on my silver P5

Maguires Body Scrub works great - depending on how deep the scratches are. when I got my car home from the dealer the day I bought it I noticed there were a lot of scuffs and scratch marks on the hood and some on the roof. I was ready to take the car back but I tried Maguires first on the advice of a friend and it took them all out. It works on any colour of car and you can pick it up at crappy tire for about $15. I found it works better if you use a wet rag and wet down the area that you are going to apply it to first. Use it sparingly though - I used a pea sized amount on a wet rag and did my entire hood.
