Allright, here is the deal, went to buy rims and alas, cause my car is slammed, i need some wheels that have at least a 45 offset. Preferable even a 48! now i was looking at the montegi racing mr4's in gun metal (i really liked them) but they are only 40! i stuck them on my car and i swear if i had lowerd the hoist i would have crumpled my fender wall! so i need something w/ a little larger offset. Enkei only come in 40. Racing hart only come in 40. Im looking at 17 x 7. If i can fit a 7.5 that would be great too, but it is not hopeful.
Any suggestions would be great. Especially those people that deal wheels. Im not wasting anyone time, if the proce is right and i like the style, i WILL buy. Please help!!!!!
Thanks in Advance!

Hey Ed, i put MR7 on my car, 17x7 with 205/40/17 tires. the offset is +40 and they fit fine. We even tried at the last meet. We put 3 people in the back and they didn't rub.

But my car is not lowerred nor I am thinking of lowering it.

Ed, you might have to take the wheels you're gonna get to a shop and let them grind the bolt holes so they are becomer larger offsets.

Most mainstream rims are produced in 40 and/or 42 offsets, this is so that it can fit MOST cars b/c they have that offset.
we're special and have a much higher one. i think stock offset is 50!!! so if you can find somebody to make the offsets larger, let us know.

or you can go extreme and buy wheels that are like $6000 and have every offset imaginable http://toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif
