I was at a stop light in the Westend! yes i party in the westend. And a guy in a Lude told me that BlackWidow just came out with a kit for our cars.....no i've been looking but can't find them.

Everyone keep your eye's and ears open. Unless this guy was talking ish.

I tried searching for BlackWidow on the net a few months back and could not find a web site either.

the company is called GROUND DESIGNS (http://www.grounddesigns2000.com/). they make the Black Widow Kits. Actually, this is the first time i've heard of them, but i've seen their kits on cars that i see (on the web of course... )

i don't think they've updated their page in a while, but there's a contact number there. anybody wanna call and ask for pricing?

Just called.

No they do not make anything for the protege.  They thought about it, however right now they are busy with the RSX, '01 Civic and Celica, so it doesn't look like it will happen any time soon.

sorry to double post, but i have some good news (well... kinda). IF there is a Black Widow kit available, I already know 1 of 3 distributors in Canada! AERIAL CONCEPTS (http://www.aerialconcepts.com), is a new company and they seem pretty good. my connection to them is my friend Liz, who designs and maintains their website. Hook ups! Oh yeah, I emailed Ground Designs, so i'm just waiting for a reply.

Well it goes to show.....that westside people have no clue what they are talking about.

I didn't belive him ither.....first off he drives a Lude? second...how does he know anything about the P5 that we don't already know?
