welllll.. Proboy, if you see this thread... what's your "legal" take on doing this?? before i find out price, i'm going to post a warning just in case before i go and inquire and organize something..
this makes an obvious yellow colour from both the headlights and the foglights, what's the ticket potential? and, if it's just on the top or the bottom, does it change at all??
i'll wait for a response before i get some info though, don't want to get any hopes high on this just yet.. (don't worry, i'm not holding out for myself here, just want to make sure, that's all)

I do believe that this is illegal in the HTA. I will check the code.

Deep. Painting your light housings yellow will give you the similar effect without making the mod illegal. Just look at some pics of the Brown Nick's car and you can see it looks pretty freaking good.

Well - I can't really tell from that 1st post what you guys are going to do to your car, but I am assuming you are going to put a film over your headlights to change the colour? If so your headlights have to be either white or amber (only) and must be strong enough that they are clearly visible from 150 meters in front of your car at night. Also, adding 'eyebrows' or any other material to your headlights that obstructs the light emitted from your headlight is illegal. See the link below (section 62):
Highway Traffic Act (http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/DBLaws/Statutes/English/90h08_e.htm#62.(1))

I hope it's not expensive...

alright.. the gentleman emailed me, and gave me the current price for the WHOLE set as illustrated above..
the set costs $59.95 Canadian...
this is the initial price that he left on my answering machine... i'll find out for just the foglights, and just the headlights seperately also.. and see what difference it would make if more (i.e. groupbuy) people were interested in doing this..
he said that the current colours that he has are
-yellow
-blue
-smoked
-clear (note, this is also a protective film for the lights, so that's why clear is offered also)
i'll follow up as soon as i have a chance though, work's getting a bit hectic..

Sorry....don't get in here very ofte.
The only colour you can have is either clear, or the amber/yellow.
The rest you can have if you are just showing your car and not driving.
If you want the blue or something, try and make it removeable somehow.
I am thinking yellow for the fog lights myself.
