im in the process of painting my eyelids.... i have the paint on just need to clear...

the can of clear says wait 72 hours for paint to cure before applying, now i have done it in the same day but i want these to look good...
does anyone know a safe temp to put them in the oven at and bake them ... ? or just wait the 3 days?

are you serious? Just wait man!!! Why rush it, I guaranty if you rush it they will turn out like S**T. Be patient, its february no rush to get them on :D

do a good job and put them on once the snow melts

Ya man just wait cuz you won't want to redo them down the road. No use going out in this cold weather to have it turn out subpar.

what do you guys recommend installing them with... i have hered that carpet tape is one of the strongest to use... any input would be nice

don't use whatever Scooter first used.

His eyelid is still somewhere o the 404.

half of one of mine is on the 401..... oh wait nevermind I got out on the shoulder to retrieve it.

that was silicone, but it got weathered over the year I guess, and SNAP

LOL....I didn't use ANYTHING on that one :p It was a "test fit" LOL

I use the Automotive Goop stuff as suggested to me. Theres noway the things coming off those headlights, just gotta make sure you put tons on and let it dry properly. Only hard part is securing the flap that wraps around, going to have to reseal mine somehow.

yeah I see above... but what type of "silicone" was used? It must be adhesive, not just silicone caulking.

Sorry dude...I was meaning for the OP to see your comment above, since he was asking what to use to stick them on, and I agree with your post.
