View Full Version : PLANNING MAJOR EVENTS

I was sitting here and thinking ,We all want manufactures to make parts for our cars right .There's 1021 members on this board ,with this many people we should be able to have major events once a month from April to Sept every year . I realize that not everyone can nor will attend every event, but if the events are planned well in advance people could plan for the ones they would like to attend .
There should be one event to include the P owners from other regions ,ie Kingston its central . This could be yearly . Maybe at Shannonville race track .
Other events could be like the Minden and Wasaga beach,or even an all Mazda meet to include the Miata's, RX's and the MX3's
In order to make these events a success planning must start now ,I would be willing to help even though I live 5 hrs away from TO.

I think this is an awesome idea. May i suggest alittle something at that. If we do have something at some sort of race track, why don't we get some real races going on too. I am sure many of us would join not to mention the people from the other clubs. Just my .02 cents but a big meet is a great idea.

This is the kind of input we should be looking for ,This plan of racing could be a drawing card for the main event of the year.
If there is to be a main event ,make it the all mazda meet . invite the other groups to join in . This will be a lot of work ,not something that could be done this year . Try to set something for next year.

Great Idea Nick and OceanPark ,Meeting of Mazdas in Minden in May ,why not . This event is already planned . The more the merrier . Will someone contact the other Mazda groups in TO .
