Anybody have good sources to get these for cheap?
Anybody planning to dress up their engine bay?

After checking out the Reactive P5 at the Autotech show, dressing up the engine bay is something that I wanna explore now!
BTW Chopstick...the guy had some blue guages in his car that looked SWEET and he said that they are making the Fuel\Air one that you were looking for. I was talking to the guy from Toucan and he said Reactive is coming out with a bunch of new mods for our cars...they are in production, just haven't hit Canada yet...actually he said that a lot of the stuff that was at the booth, was air shipped here just to make it for the show!

yeah
if you're serious about engine dress up, we should look more into that (silicon hoses, sleeve covers, powder coating, etc)
cool... looking forward to see what stuff they come out with.

it's not hard to do, just time consuming cuz you have to cut each piece to exactly the stock lengths.
i just want to get a good price on silicone hoses, braided steel lines, etc...

A lot of places sell the silicone hoses. I was at Performance Improvements and they sell it in a bag with a set amount of hoses or by the inch or foot or something on a bulk roll. I'm not sure if there is a precut kit out but check Hose Techniques. I remember a while back a few people were selling something like that.

WHOA...I don't think I would bother with pre-cut...I am sure they would be a little more pricy, and unless they were well marked I would imagine it would take you a long time to figure out what went where?
Some of us folk are nun to bright, and would take the better part of the weekend to figure out where everything goes...ok it's just me...I'm an idiot, I am sure the rest of you would be fine!

yeah, hose techniques are good, cuz they come precut, but i think that'll run you an extra $20 at least ...
and remember, everything can't be replaced with silicone hoses, so we have to buy those sleeve kits.

Chop Mike, Crappy Tire sells those sleeves (different colours).. I've seen blue ones like Jeff's P5 in a Civic and the owner said he got them from Crappy Tire. I don't know how much they cost though.

how's it going? I've already done all the wrap and silicon hoses on my pro. It looks great and was nothing to do. It took me about an hour to totally replace or cover every hose under the hood. I got all my stuff for that from performance improvements in Barrie, it ran me about $100 by the time I was done. I got the individual bags of plastic sleeve and the mixed package of silicone hoses. All you need is good cutters and half a brain. It's an easy mod and looks awesome after.
