dude get the OEM one, it's WAAAY better. it lets you use the rubber stud that your stereo may have come with, it mounts on the rail behind the radio to give support.
I don't have my parts guide on this laptop though, I'll go grab the other and check for you.
It's what the Protege MP3 and the MSP came with stock. it consists of a bar (with two screws and two clips) and a pocket. It lets you put the stereo in the bottom or top half, or you can just use the bar and put gauges or something else in.

Bar: TA06-66-9B1 MSRP 19.85USD onlinemazdaparts.com 15.80USD
Pocket: BJ1H-66-9M0 MSRP 110.15USD onlinemazdaparts.com 88.12USD (!)
still lookin for the screws and clips.. but you can easily grab two machine screws, lock nuts, and nuts to mount it.
You can forgo the pocket and get just a cover instead.
Buy the pocket used off someone on the U.S. boards. I know I sold mine for 40 or 45USD on there.

If you just want a plastic cover..

here's the screws to install the bracket: 998650516b (2 of them needed) --they're like a dollar each.
I'm still trying to decipher the numbers for the clip on the parts guide.
edit:
found it!

If your unit isn't anchored in the rear, that'll happen. You need a stud and the rubber piece off the back of your stock radio to help support it.
You don't have a sleeve or anything holding it in place in the front?
