Need opinions on these rims?

Hi All,

Surfing TCC site and some guy is selling 16" ALT-166 for $400. I am sort of interested in them, because it's only $400.

Anyhow, I cannot post a response (No Permission to respond/post anything. Just view).

So if someone does have the ability to post on TCC, can you post if those wheels come with centre caps?
