Post markham meet summary

First off, I would like to thank all those attended tonights "mini-meet". I dont know how many cars we ended having....at least 20.

Thank you to all the significant "others" that joined us, it made the event that much better. I tried my best to make sure I had the chance to talk to each of you. If I didn't I sincerely appologize, I was the one under the car!!! That was fun.

I hope the newer people found the event enjoyable and I hope that it will not be your last event you attend. We will try to create some different events with a different feel or venue.

For those of you that may still be on the fence when it comes to attending your first meet, please keep in mind that all are welcome regardless of personal tastes, mods or no mods, make, model or year. Although we base this club around our common proteges, what ends up being the key to the success of this club continues to be the diverse individuals and the even more diverse personalities.

Keep your ears and eyes open for our end of summer event in late august. Hope to see you all soon.

Jason said it all.

Thanks to everybody who came out.  I'm glad to see some new faces in the club.  This was just an informal social meet, but hopefully, the new members will come out to the next official meets being planned for August, which includes, Poker Run Day, MOSPORT camping trip and an end of summer BBQ jam!

Chops: lol, i didn't even notice the cop behind u cuz the headlights were so bright, but i noticed a cop infront of me to the side when you flashed me and drifted backwards. my car was xtreme low on gas... that's what i was trying to show you when i got beside u, but i guess it didn't work!

Ah, well, you don't know what you're missing (I hope we aren't going to get in trouble talking about this under the NEWS heading...but I'll stop after this to avoid the toprotege police...).
I've found that with people who haven't tried it yet, they've either really liked it, or really hated it after their first experience. I've never really met anyone in between...I'll fix you up with something good next time.

awww...i can never forget you! Almond for chopstick, mango for nick...and then one for the bubble tea virgin..so far, 3 on my list...:)

btw, was the almond milk green tea ok? or do you prefer no milk? black tea?

I should start some bubble tea on the go for the summer, like those guys that sell ice cream off their fridge with wheels...:) or i can just sell them off the back of my p5...get a big bubble tea banner....

Sorry I missed this meet... in fact sorry to all you guys that have been messaging me and calling etc... my &quot;other half&quot; dumped me (insert weeping crying here) 2 weeks ago and I have been hiding under a rock since then ;^^ I guess I won't be one of those calls the police get about some strange &quot;smell&quot; and the neighbour &quot;missing&quot; for a few weeks now HAHAHA LOL!

Speaking of smell.... does anyone else notice that after about 6 months the P5 starts to stink.. or is it just me... the stink that is ^__^ LOL
