Just to let all my fellow P5 out there that are planing to get rims.

I just bought 17 rims. I put 215 40 H+Z rated tires on my rims.  Most of the 17 on this board are 205.

Well just to let you guys know 215"s rub like a Mother Father! I'm going to get my wheel wells rolled back....that should do the trick!

Just let you guys know i did get a good offset 44+

I almost forgot.....this only applies to people who have lowered their rides.....if your ride is not lowered you will have no problems.

1.2 inch drop in the back
1.4 inch drop in the front

another term is rolling the fenders.  So.....if you place your hand underneath the the wheel well, the metal finishes in sorta of 90 degree angle.  By rolling the fender, you bend the 90 degree angle in towards itself.  This "creates" more room for you wheels to travel upwards without rubbing against metal.

turns a  J into a V  ..... try and visualize that.

Nick:  where are you getting it done?  make sure to heat up the fenders before you roll em....  make sure they use a real "roller" not just a hammer or "baseball bat"

It's not my fault that the best size Tenzo R told Jamie from Grounded Concepts.

Luckly Jamie is taking care of the extra cost that will go into making these tires fit right!

Good i hope so... nothing like getting all excited spending a lot of money and then being disappointed.. i hope all goes well. So far it doesn't sound like a very good experience... Could you perhaps try a different tire size, i know different tires have different sizes and don't stick out as much.. if you know what i mean...
As for getting the fenders rolled.... hmmm.. try wheels direct.. or perhaps mike up at Wheel and Tire zone 905-770-2302
