Replace the Dash lights from orange to Blue?

I want to change the dash lights in my P5 from orange to blue but am not sure if this will work. Has anyone done this or know if it can be done?

Also, how do I get the dash off if I can change the lights?

I already tried it....your dash is orange not only because of the lights but because their is a film in the dash that is orange...so even if you change the lights to orange youll only dull the orange colour...getting your dash out isnt that hard just look around the inset of the dash before you get to the glass/plastic facing and youll see the screws, i think there was one or two above and one on the bottom

It can be done and it is a pain in the ass. I know that "bigwoofer" has done it. You can search on here for him or you can try him on the Van board. All the lights can be changed, it would be easier to get some guages probably to vhange tha and the rest is just changing bulbs I believe.

There is a DIY on www.2k2civic.com....even though its for a Civic, its the same thing. There is a headlite clearing DIY there too (removing the orange reflector in a Civic is the same as a 3rd gen pro...)

You saved me alot of work, but I might want to change the guages to a backlit one.

There are 4 bulbs in the back of the gauge. 2 of them are big ones #194, and 2 are smaller #74. the 194 are easy to find, but almost no one makes #74. I've waiting for 2 test LED #74's to show up from a company that we deal with from my dad's shop, if it works out, I'll post more info.

Just to give extra information. If I remember correctly, bulb #194 is the same as bulb #168.
