Buffing out scratches

Hey guys,
Some mo'fo' put a 6" scratch on my rear bumper the other day. http://toprotege.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif It's not that deep so I think some buffing might take the scratch out.  Any ideas where I can take  to car to get this done?

I have the same problem!

There are three verticle scratches on the left side of my license plate.. and I can't figure out where they came from!

I really want to fix them up... and also the little dent on the rear driver side door.. is there a place that does all this??

any direction would be helpful... thanx

I wonder if a touch-up/body shop would give us a group deal if a bunch of us got our cars buffed/touched up together?
