Oh boy. It's a little different situation than what I recall in the seventies, but the term would still apply. VPL's - Visible Panty Lines.

Is this not the "invisible fabric" its the fabrik that is a plasma screen that displays whatever you want on it. I saw a tech updatde on a coat that had little cameras and "display fabrik" and you could see "through" a person as what wash displayed on the coat was what was behind it. Kinda like camouflage. If i am not mistaken this fabric is solid at the ends and "see thru" or display in certain places.
I may be wrong but this looks like the first application of it. The technology is there and so are wacky people (if you are japanese - dont get your panties in a twist, wink wink)
