in my eastside pic my old hood scoop is show. it was made from aluminum but i got a fiberglass one in the same style for it

Thats it for now,i will post more as it progresses. my cardomain link shows what the car looked like a couple of months before i started the bodywork. it will be updated too as soon as i have some time for it

cool, we will see what i need as time goes by. Question mike, does your tach work right with the v6. is that why people use the mx3 distributor with this swap?

No, it doesn't - errrr, didn't. (Engine is out now.)

I will eventually either figure out a way to convert the tach signal or swap the cluster electronics from the MX3 cluster I have to the GT cluster. (I could just swap in the MX3 cluster as it is, but they're ugly.)

that sux man. i have the v6 precedia crossmember in the car now and i have the pass side mount and bracket so who knows, i might head in the v6 direction. couldnt you put the mx3 tach in the pro cluster? maybe just the back side of it???????maybe???notsure?????might have to check my self. brainache

yes they do, mx3 lowering springs. my car was hitting the bump stops a bit because of the progressive rate springs so i decided to get mx3 springs and give them a shot. the car rode better and cornered better and i think i hit the bump stop once since i put them in and that was a big bump with people in the car.

Hmm...our options are buying springs with a 1" drop, then waiting 10 years for some spring sag, or just buying springs with a 1.5" drop. :p

i think mine are a 1.6 to 1.8 drop. dont remember. my old ntrax were 1.8 front and 1.6 rear

Sprint springs are the lowest drop for the BG's...too bad they kill all the suspension travel!

Good for looks, worse than stock for performance.

your at stock height. there old and crappy because they were used all year round and they have 200,000km of wear on them. i put new springs in and i have the other ones outside to throw away but i havent tossed them yet
